I found wearing sports bra to help. The provided just enough support adn comfort, but without being too tight adn restrictive like a regular bra.
Sports bras definitely, supportive but not too tight (which means you may already have to go up a size from your normal). Nothing will really help the soreness but the support helps keep them contained at least. It'll pass, it got better for me in the second trimester.
Mine hurt so bad last night i wanted to cry. I already have to sleep with a pillow under me. I'm 8 weeks tomorrow.
