hey...yea i know that the reason im not sleeping at night is because i sleep during the day but i tried not to sleep during the day and either way i just cant sleep at night and i get this tingly feeling all over my legs!! And i talked to my ob about it and he said since im just home doing nothing i should tried yoga so he gave me this ad and it said gentle yoga and is also for high risk pregnancies but is $118 for like 1 or 2 sessions im not sure so then i found out that at the hospital they give classes too for free so they fax me this paper saying that even with my a dr note is not guarentee that is safe for me to exercise so that kind of threw me off. I don't think im consider very high risk but i do see a perinatologist along with my ob to get biweekly ultrasounds due to my history so that got me thinking if i should or not go to the hospital classes?.. since you take yoga classes what they make you do? is it alot of streching or more relaxing?

I am taking it now - its really what you make of it. I can't see how stretching wont help you stay fit and get you more active during the pregnancy. It  doesnt matter if you are having a CSection or not - its more of a way to relax, and stretch your body out in other ways too :)  Do you think that the reason you are not sleeping at night is because you are sleeping all day?? Maybe you need to get outside and get some fresh air - walks or something.
