I been debating getting a tens machine are they any good?

I used one for pain management for an injury and it did nothing. It might be helpful at the beginning of labour but I wouldn't rely on it.

Its amazing! I just dont use it on my belly lol only on my legs arms etc relaxes me so much.

I don't recommend using while pregnant. My chiropractor doesn't use it on me anymore.
