the best thing to do is to jump into a warm/hot bath or shower, if they're braxton hicks this will settle them down, if they dont settle then its more than likely the start of early labour, so you should ring the hospital :)
Have you tried moving around and changing the position you are sitting/laying or standing in? I heard if you change position then if it's braxton hicks they should go away. I don't know too much on the subject though. I would call your doctor as soon as you can to see if they can help you or give you suggestions.
I wouldn't worry about them. Unless they become more recurrent or closer together I say lay down an rest. I occasionally get bh ad they last maybe an hr and are 10-15 min apart. I'm 36w6d and was checked yesterday at my appt and he said I was barely 1cm but it varies person to person. I wouldn't stress about it. My dr is pretty laid back though and said don't go to l&d unless they're closer than 5-7 min apart or my water breaks. He won't stop labor after 34 weeks either. If its something you're really worried about you can call the nurse hotline for your dr office and they can advise you on what you should do next.
Im having them too but dont know if its real or false contractions..they last about up to a minute but no severe just mild.and they keep coming back after like 10-20mins .but im not guna go to the hospt i think they're jus false...well i hope they r..
You should definitely call them ASAP. If they're regular and/or you're having more than four in one hour (even if they're painless) you should be seen by a doctor.
