Honestly have no idea what to do

I know I post a lot and I know I asked about blood only a few days ago, but I did some googling (WORST IDEA) after last night having slight nausea, diarrhoea and a harsh pinching sensation in my lower uterus area/cervix, I could feel that both abdominally and vaginally, I've ha cramping all day yesterday and then there's the incident with slight spotting after sex, also when I got undressed to have a shower there was like watery yellow in my undies I thought might be a bit of leaky pee but I've never peed myself before... Umm SHOULD I BE GOING TO THE DOCTOR ABOUT THIS?!

I'm 31w which is what worries me, he's not ready to come out yet and with contraction like sensations cramping and pinching in my cervix I'm worried I could has lost my plug and be leaking fluid.. Just wondering what all of this sounds like to someone with similar conditions, of course on Thursday I'll have my midwife see if anything is wrong but I'm just not sure what to expect her to say

How far along are u? Do u think it's your water?
I had watery wet stuff this morning  and turned out to be mucus that turned liquidy. I'm 38+5 weeks
If your really worried call your midwife and ask what they think about it.:)
