is it baby acne?

my son  is now 3wks old and he has really really bad pimples on his face its not like just a few its all over his face even on his ears is there anything i could put on it any type of ointment something???it has been like this for a while and has not got any better

My son had it as well for a couple of months. It just cleared up on its own. I just washed him normally and never picked at them. I never really put anything on it either, although I'm sure you can if you want.

Yup thats baby acne perfectly normal! You can put like vaseline on it but really it goes away on its own and do not pick at it
