I have been having the cramping since 9 dpo so I sure it's quite normal and it's not everyday and not all day
Thank you all for your comments. IT does ease then come back. when i was around 5 6weeks pregnant i was having cramping and i was bleeding only a tiny amount so visited my GP who was not too concerned but said if i carried on bleeding or cramps got worse he would referrer me to early pregnancy unit, that was nearly two weeks ago and had none since. like i say its not cramping just that dull pain you get before your period deep down in my pelvic region. Still not heard anything from my midwife yet and that referral was made nearly two weeks ago as well. when are they normally in touch?
Thanks again and good luck with each pregnancy
I'm in the same boat. I am 6 weeks along and woke up with some period "yuckiness". I guess they are cramps but I use to have really bad ones when I was a teenager to where i was doubled over and really sick, so comparatively what I am feeling today is just uncomfortable and nervewracking to say the least. I am sure what you/we are feeling is par for the course but it is always unsettling. I would think unless you are really in pain and notice spotting or bleeding things should be fine. If by later in the day it still has not gone away and you are a bit concerned, call your doc. It can help ease your mind before the weekend.
I am having that cramping too I am going onto my sixth week. It's scary every time I feel it I am on edge but when I do feel I always sit down with my feet up till It subsides. I never had this cramping with my other two children, I really hope it's nothing.
i had cramping like af was about come for almost my entire first trimester, it started from 9dpo till about 12 weeks or so, it was more in about the first 7 weeks or so.
Have you been to the doctor yet? Or gotten an ultrasound?
Generally, it is common to have tons of strange pains, twinges, or funny feelings going on in your stomach when you are pregnant from day 1 up until you give birth. As long as it is not too severe to have you doubling over when you walk, and is not accompained my any bleeding or spotting it should be normal. As with everything in pregnancy cramping it very common, but could indicate a problem as well (this is my biggest annoyance with pregnancy everything you feel could mean nothing or be something serious) so it is always better to be safe then sorry and call your doc to check it out. That is what they are there for.
