They have to finish your case within 14 business days. It's their own policy. I applied and by the following week I had Medicaid. Call 211 and follow the prompts and it will let you know if your Medicaid is active and when it ends. It should be 3 months after the baby is born

I live in texas, i really cant afford my own health insurance but i am gonna ask about the pending medicaid and see if a ob gny can see me, im trying not to stress out over it. I wish the baby could move around to let me know its ok.

What state are you in? In Texas they have to finish your case within 14 business days from the date you turned it in. Not sure if its the same evrywhere. Maybe try finding a Dr that will see you with your Medicaid pending. My Dr did that with me.
