I was hospitalized at 19 weeks for preterm labor from i/c - they held her off until 32 weeks with meds and monitoring.. My second child was unexepected and I had a cerclage with him at 12 week.... he was delivered via c-section at 38 weeks... now I am on my third - I am assuming cerclage at 12 weeks again... if you are prepared for it... they can work medical miracles... with increased monitoring and being overly cautious it can all work out.... Best of luck

sorry about your loss, having inconpetence cervix is very hard but i mean nobody is going to tell you for sure what your next pregnancy will be like, they can do many things to prevent it from happening again, like a cerclage for example, progesterone shots, keeping you monitored very closely and lots of bed rest.
I had my son at 24 weeks due to i/c it hes a miracle he survived and today hes doing great! i keep wanting to have another baby but knowing what the risks could be im so afraid, but i mean theres a lot of women out there who have had succes after being monitored very closely by a medical team. A friend of mine who has a daugther at 25 weeks just had her second baby full term, so it is possible! good luck hun
