I have not been hallucinating, i have not undergone any lab tests besides a 2 step ppd shot, and i haven't even taken the benadryl yet, it was recommended but i just thought the doctor that looked at me thought it was a common rash and its not. So i didn't think benadryl would work. I've been getting injections from my normal doctor for the vaginal bumps and no luck. He said it was "hydradanitis"? I just want them gone.. Im going to make a dermatologist appointment hopefully theres luck for me

No im referring to 2 different topics, the bumps on my vaginal area has been there for years and are just sitting under the skin. Some big some small, they are very uncomfortable and I've went to the gyn multiple times and they said its from sweat etc, but nothing i guess to remove them?! *sighh* the whiplike rashes are a new thing literally started happening 3 weeks now. They have progressed, at first it was in one spot, then i noticed wherever i scratch they appear and its very ugly and uncomfortable. I noticed little nats flying around me at night when i shut the lights off but i don't see them in the light, so its hard to tell if thats the issue. They appear anywhere i itch, and its like once i have an itch in one spot (lets say my back) the whiplike rash appears, then every other part of my body starts to itch and before you know it im covered in these nasty looking things. And i don't know how to post a picture, is there an email i can send the pictures to?

First I notice that you have sent two posts which is titled "Gross" and "Bumps" if you are talking about same situation in two different posts, please follow this.

It sounds like a Bacterial Infection to me.It might be happening due to dermatitic reaction which may be profuse and intermittent (comes and goes by).

Consider meeting a Gynecologist and have an complete evaluation done.

So the questions which Doctors needs answers for are-

1.How far is your personal hygiene maintained?
This is important because Contact Dermatitis may be complicated with secondary Bacterial infections.

2.How are your nature calls (like urinating)?Does it have any complaint?

3.How is your Menstruation?

4.Are you sexually active? What are the odds?

5.When you say they are  swirly whiplike rashes, have they been progressing or just like this when they appeared for the first time? What other areas are involved (you mentioned vagina and face in two different posts)

6.What are the factors that may trigger itching sensation?

When you say  "i can feel them trying to come out during the day, appear only at night" what exactly do you mean by this?
7.Can you include a picture of existing lesions so that it can be analysed?

8.Have you ever been hallucinating? (I am not stating that you are making up these things all by self, but when you say "could this be bugs",have you seen any bugs at home?Have you ever been hurt or been bitten by something which caused an persistent allergic reaction?

9.You say Bumps in one post and say rash in the other,Do you have both bumps and rashes?

10.Do you have any allergies? Are you sensitive to something?

11.Have tried any other medication other than Benadryl?

12.Since you are a medical assistant, have you undergone any laboratory investigations?

Atopic Dermatitis/Eczema and other Dermatitis like diseases-Seborrhea,Furunclosis/Carbunculosis,Folliculitis,Cellulitis,Impetigo like Secondary Bacterial infections which may be presented as bumps bleeding with pus. This is important to rule out other possible STDs and secondary Viral infections like CMV,Herpes and Vaginitis, any other allergies, Fungal Infections and some systemic diseases.

Please keep us updated about your condition.God Bless!
