Hi,
If this is due to infection, it can easily be treated with antibiotics. However, there are many other differentials to be ruled out and it is important that the underlying cause is identified for proper management. Failure to treat may lead to complications and even kidney involvement. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked for proper diagnosis. Drinking plenty of fluids as mentioned above helps. Take care.
thank u.i want to know one more thing that is it a dangerous disease?what precaution should i use?
Hi,
Thanks for the update. Interstitial cystitis or painful bladder syndrome is one of several conditions that causes bladder pain and sometimes a need to urinate frequently and urgently. Having a full bladder may be uncomfortable, but it should not be painful. Infection , bowel disorders, endometriosis and even malignancy should be ruled out. For proper diagnosis, further tests including urine tests, cytoscope, may need to be done. Drink plenty of fluids and eat food rich in fiber to help with constipation. Take care and regards.

Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present like pain during urination or urinary frequency? How long have you been feeling the pain? Aside from the symptoms mentioned, urinary tract infection may present with flank or back pain also. Have urine tests done and have the results checked by your doctor to rule out infection. This can be easily treated with antibiotics. With urinary tract infection, there is usually no problem with getting pregnant. Further evaluation may need to be done depending on the results of the urine tests. Take care and do keep us posted.
