Please help Neurological problem or anxiety

I just wanted to get your opinions on what i am currently going through to see if you guys think this might all be anxiety/panic related vs a actually medical problem. My cardiologist say i am a young healthy adult who has a good heart with no structural issues. I have had many different heart test including a stress test with a echo 6 months ago that came back normal i have had numerous ekgs that were normal and a 24 hour holter that was normal. My internist did a full blood work up and came back normal no issues my blood pressure has been fine along with a ekg the only thing he mentioned was my heart rate being in the mid 50s and my cardiologist didn't seem to be concerned when i told him after he did all my test. They also sent me to a neurologist to rule any issues out that could be causing my symptoms i had a mri of my brain and cervical spine to look for ms chairi malformation and some sort of myopathy which all came back negative. Now my symptoms are as followed

- Lightheadedness in head that feels like I'm floating and in slow motion.

- My arms and legs get weak and jello

- I have a empty and hollow feeling in my chest where i can't feel my heart beat unless its beating pretty fast and i touch my chest. But i can feel it fine in my neck always.

- Upper stomach bloating with fullness/pressure sensation in chest occasionally.

- Feeling like my body is shutting down and i am moving in slow motion and my head is clogged and dizzy/lightheaded.

- Feeling like I'm not able to breath correctly at time. And i might pass out

Now i know this is a lot to read and take in but with all the test i have i just wanna except this might all be anxiety/panic related issues. But my doctors haven't mentioned anything like that in a while i have never been a anxious person but since all of this started i notice i tend to be looking all my symptoms up and thinking i might have all these different issues. Now i know what i just said is the tell tale of anxiety and stress but i am doing it only cause i haven't got a definite answer on what it might be. With all my test and all the results being negative it just seems like its anxiety if it wasn't or something of concern i am sure one of my test would of showed something abnormal. The only health issue i do have it a problem called POTs which basically is a autonomic issue that changes your blood pressure and heart rate with different positions you are in example sitting down to standing etc. My blood pressure with this issue has never been of concern it was just the tachycardia that was. And since all of these issues have started they actually all changed and went back to normal besides the heart rate when i get up and do stuff tends to be some what high. My cardiologist told me with all the recent heart test i had coming back normal i have noting wrong with my heart and not worry about it. So i am thinking its not heart related. I just wrote all this to see if any of you guys feel this might be anxiety/panic like i said i have been thinking about this all the time for the past 9 weeks and reading about different issues.I tend to notice its worse when i wake up in the morning and will last for a few hours and it will subside. Please feel free to leave your comments and if you experience this. Plus all my doctors are top rated in the fields they are practicing in and all work at Columbia Medical Center in NYC so i do have faith in them i just don't know if they can potentially be missing something.
