Thank you for the updates. This could be due to irritation, allergic reaction, infection or skin issues such as psoriasis. You need an elaboration
It is something harder on upper end at right side of penis over a smaller area near about between 2 to 4 mm . It is circular or elliptical shape
It can not be pressed it is hard
Reply as soon as possible m really worried
