This Again

So I went into the hospital with the same diarrhea and they couldnt find anything in my blood. I have been having oily (or maybe its mucus, i can't tell the difference) fatt stools for the past few weeks. I don't feel like I am lviing the same as I was before it. I feel disconnected from my body, light all the time, I have decreased appetite. I don't have any of the symptoms of HIV because I dont have watery diarrhea, fever, rash, muscles aches and swollen lymph nodes and glands. I also don't have chronic yeast infections or thrush (yeast infection of the mouth), Fever and/or night sweats, Easy bruising, Bouts of extreme exhaustion, Unexplained body rashes,Appearance of purplish lesions on the skin or inside mouth. The only thing I do have is maybe malabsorption but I haven't really lost any weight. My brain feels slower but I think it's just because I haven't been able to sleep. No matter what I take I can't sleep. I don't knopw what to do. I'm scared.

dear crowsgirl,
Let us start with easy curable alternative diseases. it seems to be giardiasis, go an check for giardia antigen in your stool to confirm. if antigen is positive i think within few weeks it will be resolved, or you can treat it by taking metronidazole or tinidazol or nitazoxanide.
hope 4 u a good health

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What diagnostics tests were done already? You may also benefit from a referral to a specialist or gastroenterologist for proper evaluation. Try to avoid fatty foods at this time also and eat a healthy and a balanced diet. Lack of sleep could be caused by either physiologic causes or psychological issues and may also need to be evaluated further. Hang on and stay positive always. Take care and do keep us posted.
