Was your myositis like this with these symptoms?
My docs are looking into me having Polymyositis or some type of myositis. My symptoms are muscle pain, muscle spasms, joint pain and now just 3 days ago muscle twitching in rib area. I also get intermittent double vision and blurred vision.
I just went through a neck MRI today, and Neuro Opthamologist and Neurologist are scheduling a muscle biopsy. I had a normal EMG and Nerve Conduction test. And CPK was normal as well as aldolase and lactic acid were normal.
Has anyone with Myositis had these symptoms with their Myositis?
I am currently have a diagnosis of UCTD, Raynauds, livedo reticularis, abnormal EEG-foal of other left and right temporal lobe, hypoglycemia, hypothyroidism after thyroid cancer, osteopenia, ocular migraines without headache.
