What's wrong with me?!

I am a 16 year old girl- and when I was 11 I was diagnosed with mild heart arrythmea. It soon died down and I would only occasionally get it when I was worried. Since about september, it's flared up and has been pretty much constant and getting much worse. I have also been getting back aches and pains, awful headahces and pains in my head and pains in my chest/breasts too. For the past 2 days, I have been so stressed that I am unable to eat. My heart has been unusually bad today. I am deadly afraid that I have cancer and that it is spreading through me- although my mum reassures me that I won't- and I have an eye test, doctors appointment and an EGC booked in. But I would love to hear now what this may be, I am terrified.

I think it's best to have those tests done, if nothing else they will ease your mind. It's not uncommon for  teenagers to develop heart arrythmias.  I was found to have an arrythmia and murmur when I was in my teens.  I grew out of both of them.  As for the rest of the aches and pains, I have no idea.  Best to have those checked out too.

By the way, you haven't started drinking more coffee as you have gotten older, have you?  Coffee is a MAJOR cause of arrythmia.

Good luck.
