fluttering sensation

i have a fluttering sensation on my left chest area, i had it for several weeks and it's on and off, sometimes i really could not sleep cause it bothers me.

Are you on any Meds and what supplements do you take they are even herbal remedies out there can cause some side effects and this sounds like Tremor which is one of them.,
