i dont know what's wrong with me !

i had a hair transplant 7 weeks ago and after 4 days of the surgery my heart was racing ...i went to emergency room and they had blood tests and cardiogram done and every thing came out normal but my heart still racing ...i went to my private doctor and to a cardiologist and they did all kind of tests and he hooked up small machine to my body to monitor my heart rate for 24hours and every thing was normal but i read online that the shots for pain that the doctor gave me when i had the transplant surgey done if its high dosage that could cause the heart race and not only that i feel very fatigue and tired all the time ...i used to be very active and workout 5 times a week .....i dont know what to do ...any one can help ?  thank you .

Surgery is a listed cause of magnesium deficiency. Symptoms of magneisum deficiency include racing heart and fatigue. You may just need to increase magnesium intake for a while.
