i am suffering from h pylori.i hav taken antibiotic regime for almost 10 days.i am passing formed then semi formed stools and in the end loose form.i have gone through endoscopy and stool tests.there was nothing apart from my stool reaction was acidic.no pus cells ...red blood cells.further no cyst and ova.when i take flagyl 400mg once,my stool completely becomes normal formed almost 80%.and the rest semi formed.kindly help me out regarding my semi formed stools keeping in view of h pylori...

How are you? Your semi-formed stool may be indeed be a side effect of you medications. Try not to worry about this and take fruits such as bananas and apple to help form your stool. Continue your medications as prescribed and have regular follow-up with your doctor. Take care and regards.

it's probably still the h-pylori I had that and took two weeks worth of antibiotics taking like 5 or more pills a day I also ended up with a bad case of thrush and then antibiotics can also mess with your stools and make them different. It took me a little while for the symptoms to go away don't stress you are ok they tested me for all the parasites and stuff as well I also had mucos coming out with my stools TMI i know but there you go
