Okay so the cops officially got involved today. I am 15 and my baby daddy is 18, they came to my house and questioned me. It is very scary, I'm terrified that I will get in trouble but me and the baby daddy have not had any contact with each other.

Hi.  It I'd hard to say.  But you would be the "victim" even if you had sex willingly.  I think fear of figures such as police are normal but the follow laws.  They aren't trying yo scare you.  Wish they could scare young girls from sex w much older guys before they got pregnant tho!  Not a knock on you but being 15 and pregnant is a pretty huge deal. Make sure you stay in school and make plans for your job in the future to be a financially independent adult.  And I would make sure this bd pays child support.  Hang in there as the police are just trying to make sure kids are safe from predator older guys. We are not together. And the hospital here turned it in since I'm under 17 Years old. Will they take this whole thing to court ?

A girl I know was 15 when she got pregnant by her boyfriend who was 20... the hospital contacted the garda (cops here) and the state charged him with statutory rape and he's on the sex offenders registery for having sex with a minor under 17yrs. He's not a bad guy but thats now on his record.

I'm clueless as to your laws but here the state can charge anyone who has sexual contact with anyone under seventeen wether it was with consent or not..

find out your laws but you can't get in trouble (except maybe off your parents for having sex ! Lol)

Why are you scared? Where you raped or taken advantage of? Has he threaten to harm you or the baby? Are you scared of him getting in trouble?  who iinitially got the cops involved?  And are you ok with it? Are you guys not together?

Like the above comments have stated, you have nothing to worry about. He will be in trouble not you.

You won't get in trouble, it'd be considered statutory rape. You may have to go to court and testify and be questioned more. He will probably do some time and be registered as a sex offender. A lot of people lie in these cases but its never good to lie to the cops or in a court room, that will get you in trouble. Just be honest about it. I'm sorry that you have to go through all of this.

You cant get introuble. He would get introuble.. only if your mom presses charges.. my babies father was 18 and i was 15 too. My mom didnt press charges. So everything was dropped. If you need me, you can message me!(: good luck!
