i dont understand this rash need help

i no this is all about realtionship but my step son is 1 1/2 years old everytime i see him he always has a rash or bacteria infection on his bottom. for the past 2 wks i have seen this. his penis bright red along with his balls he acts like it hurts he usully crys when wipes he then rubs in on the carpet by turning over. i dont no what to do ive told his mother about it and she says its nothing but i think its something. ive put cream on it but nothing seems to work. when he goes home with her she says that theres nothing there but when i have him there is. WHAT DO I DO. this is so bugging me. it there and then its gone i feel as if im lying about it or something i dont no what it is or what to do. someone please help me. im so lost.

Go to your local health food store and put him on some childrens probiotics and digestive enzymes. It will clear up. It sounds to me like a yeast overgrowth. The probiotics will take care of this and the digestive enzymes will clear it out of his system.

Maybe if he mentioned to her that he sees the rash as well, then she can't say that it's just you and nothing is there.  Do you have problems with her besides this issue?

he has seen the rash and says DOESNT she take care of him.

Can you bring him to a doctor?  This is a tough situation because it isn't your child and you don't want to cause problems between you and his mother.  What about his father?  Have you shown him the rash?

the diapers he uses now is hugies, before his mother bought him the cheep stuff i think loves or something like that. he had a yeast infection really bad 3wks ago from diarria but it cleared up and thats what i though it was to i thought it just never went away he got meds from it nistin cream he got and he mom keeps saying theres nothing there but i have him while she works so i have him pretty much full time to. i dont no what to do i keep telling her somethings wrong with him and that i thought it was a yeast infection but she keeps telling me different. what do i say to her..

Does his mother change his diapers frequently enough?  If he's sitting in his wet diapers too long he can get diaper rash.

Oh ya my son when he was a baby he had very sentive skin and all he can use is pampers...

do you change his diapers?  Wait let me put it better then that.  
Do you switch brands of diapers just cause they are on sale?  Sometimes kids get rashes from certain types of diapers.

Sounds like a yeast rash.    Has he been on antibiotics recently?   That can cause overgrowth of yeast in his intestines and then when he poops in his diaper,  the yeast infects his skin.

We used to use Vagisil - its over the counter in the women's products aisle,  for yeast infections.  You can just rub it on and if what is bothering him is yeast,  you'll know almost immediately because it will clear it up VERY quickly.
