Missed pill

Ok, this is now the third forum I will try today about this question.

I missed my bc pill on Saturday, I forgot all about it and I didn't realize until last night when I took my last pill. I had cramping saturday night and most of Sunday, but no bleeding. I'm on inactive pills today, so I expect my period this Saturday (December 22). Should I be concerned? Last time I had sex was Friday night (December 14).

Thanks

Please only respond if you know something, not to tell me this is not the right place to ask.

if you miss one your fine, just don't make it a habbit if you miss two then id be concerned, but missing a period is also of the following stress, not eating right, and you could have a yeast infection.

Thanks for good advice!!! Yes this was the first time I ever forgot one of my pills. I took my last pill last night at 8pm (an hour late) and now I'm on white pills this week. I've been on bc pills since July 2007. I looked at the Yasmin website, but they only tell you if you miss 1 pill then take it as soon as you remeber, but I didn;t realize until last night so I didnt want to take 2 pills at the exact same time.

Thanks!!

It your period comes you will be fine. If you have been steady on your pills for a long period of time, you are usually good. I wouldn't worry until you have something to worry about.

I think you should be good. It's too late in the pack to double up on a pill and be effective. Also you should not have been ovulating if you are expecting your period on Saturday. The cramping and all that is because you missed the pill so late in the pack.

Good luck!
