Hi,
I am 32 and since the age of 14 i am masturbating almost everyday. I have a very typical way of masturbation. I rub my penis over the BED and used to ejaculate. i am kind of addicted to this. I got married in 2004 and had a normal sex life for couple of days as we use to have sex daily. after some days i started again masturbation in a similar way i used to do earlier. I like having sex with my wife but now frequency got reuduced, once twice a week. Now here is the problem.
If i masturbate in between the sex, my sex is prolonged and i am able to satisfy her and she is also happy but i am not happy as the amount of semen i ejaculate is very less and it gives me litlle please while ejaculating. on other hand if i dont masturbate in between, i come very quickly and she is not happy, but i am very happy because i get a immense pleasure in realeasing large amount of fluid. I want to get rid of this masturbating habbit and want to enjoy sex for longer period so that we both are happy....please advise

yes, you need to curb your masturbating. Talk to her and let her help you by touching you.  Let her hands or whatever to give you pleasure.  This addiction can worsen if you don't take care of it now.  Take care!
