Realtionship

My partner and i do not live together, but we have 3 children together and i love him very much, unfortunately he drinks every week starting wednesday and finishing on friday, on the odd occasion he will drink one night a week. I am never asked to go out and drink with him, i am unsure of who he is with and although he tells me where he is drinking i have no proof of this.
I have given up drinking in the hope he will follow in my footsteps, he has a bad temper and is very umpredictable when drinking please help as i dont no what to do..

Why not ask to go out with him for a drink when he goes?  You don't have to drink alcohol if you do go out, and it strikes me that going with him, or him decline you going out with him for just a night if you ask might help you answer a few questions.

Hm.  Okay----------------  why the 3 kids and never living with each other?  Okay, I'm putting that aside for a second--------- why do you want a man with a drinking problem, that wants to spend his time away at bars rather than with you or his children and has a bad temper???  These are serious questions.  That does not sound  like a partner I'd be interested in.  I think you need to think about why you are choosing this kind of life for you and your kids-------- why you are willing to live with such low standards in a partner.

This will be the key to freeing yourself from this situation.  good luck
