People who are sexually active should have basic STD screening annually, including HIV.  Nothing you described is at all suspicious for an STD, especially not HIV.

There is now an at-home test one can take for HIV, it's called the OraQuick and can be purchased in any drug store.  I don't see any indication that he needs to test for HIV, but if he hasn't been tested for a while, it doesn't hurt.  If he DOES decide to test, I would recommend going to a clinic for a full STD panel rather than taking the in-home HIV test.

Well, you can't get an std from a toilet seat.  Ha, I'm sure you know that.  If he thinks he might have something wrong, it's crazy to not get it checked.  I'm a married woman and don't do routine std checks nor does my husband that I know of.  Don't feel it is necessary.

But if your husband has a bump that shows up, what you can say is to just get it looked at and leave out the part about it possibly being an std.  then he'll go to the doctor, explain the symptom and the doctor can handle what tests he needs.

If you've tested negative for std's after being with him, it's doubtful he has an std even if he'd been with 2000 women before you.

But to the larger point, you seem to be communicating with him and asking him to test.  It's an easy thing to do and he probably should just do it to give you peace of mind once and for all.  I get that part of it and yes, that he should do.

good luck

He told me he was worried to get checked becuz what if he was nd he tried using a toliet seat a way of getting a disease so idk seemed worried scared me

Hm.  Well, I can honestly say I've never asked my husband to get checked for std's.  If I was worried about before we got together, I'd probably have asked him to get a test before having sex but it seems somewhat odd to get checked after marriage to me.  Why do you get checked?  What do you mean---  you never know?  Do you think your husband had something latent and hadn't passed it to you yet or do you wonder if he's cheating?
