So I'm 18 and the father of my baby is 22, he has no job no car no nothing is living with his aunt. He tells me that he's trying to find a job. The baby will be here by January I'm just not sure I want him around right now. Is that wrong for me to think that way? I mean I work a part time job live with my parents. I never ask him for a ride to any doctor appointments. He's only been to one which was my fourth month ultrasound. I feel like being around me shouldn't have to be this way. Our communications aren't so great. I'm just so fed up sometimes.

It normal to think like that girl , I'm 19 & his 23 he still lives with his parents but the thing is yeah his lazy but he got a job but waisted all the money on him I had a job but he made me quit I didn't feel right you know n I regret it, I wanted to get closer with our bind but he just didn't care about me nor the baby , some haven't grown up they need to realize this isn't a game its serious they having a baby on the way , I left him because he was cheating on me flirting his ex who is married and has a son she never stopped being on his sack ,he would hit me throw me scream at me put force, sometimes there wasn't food at the house I would have to starve and wait till his mom came ,if I wanted a craving he would say tell me mom or ask her , girl it was hell living with him you don't know what I tried sticking putting up with alot of things just to be a family but it wasn'tworth it now its jjust me n my baby

You can't make him because things get worse I wanted my baby daddy to go with me see my baby or take me when I would be in pain to the hospital no effort at all , some women say its natural because there man but its b.s I mean it took two not ONE get me he needs to step up and change that, its really up to you at the end of the decision goodluck

Sometimes it's best to let go of people who hold you back. I'm going threw the same thing, same age and all. After cutting my baby's father off he kinda woke up. Hurts. Maybe, once the baby pops out and he lays eyes on him for the first time, he will realize he's got a reason to grow the **** up. At least that's what I tell myself

Just do your own thing and worry about you and baby. If he truly wants to be there, he will make an effort. Till then, just stick to yourself and do your part and don't worry for him.
