You can call the police if he's doing that and I
Would recommend you take him back to court because he's violating court order keep every message that he's stated you can't see them and the police report and bring that to court with you they defiantly have to address this issue because there is a current court order that provides you both with joint custody

We do have a court order saying we have 50/50 and we get kids every other week but lately he's been saying I can't see our kids or pick them up and I should worry about the baby inside my stomach every time I try picking them up he leaves his housebbefore I get there

If you have a court order saying you get your baby on certain days and he is not letting you see your baby then you can call the cops BC legally that's kidnapping
If you do not have a court order saying you get your baby then the most the cop can do is go with you and make sure there is no violence but with nothing in writing the cop can do nothing.
If you need a court order take him to court to get every thing in writing, it will make your life easier
