I agree with imanaddict, no one can answer this questions for you.  Nausea and cramps can mean your will be menstrating at any moment. Home pregnancy or OBGY is the best way to go.  Judy

The ONLY way you are going to know if you are pregnant is to take a test. No one on here can answer this question for you.

As for the nausea and cramps, nausea doesn't happen until a little later in the pregnancy if at all. Not all women experience morning sickness. I never had cramps or morning sickness with all 3 of my pregnancies. If you think you are pregnant, take a home pregnancy test or go visit your OBGYN to put your mind at ease.

you won't have nausea yet. that doesn't happen till 3-6 weeks pregnant. spotting  could be implantation bleeding. whenever you have unprotected sex you run a chance of becoming pregnant so you have a very high chance of being pregnant. the only way to know for sure is to take an hpt. nobody can say yes or no for sure if you're pregnant or not.
