soem peopel thinks this is weird?

I grew up wih alot of people in my house from my brothers girlfriends and my boyfriends  would live with us . We also had many family members who lived/or live with us . we had a 3 bedroom house and living quarters were tight . i am 1 of 5 . So we had 7 all  together and my brother his wife and two kids and then  a sister and two little brothers and my ex boyfriend ad 2 cousins and 2 of one of my other brothers friends live with us .so tahts 15 people in a 3 bed/ garage...well we use to live close quarters share beds ect.. well I use to live with my ex in an apartment with his roommate . Me and my ex shared a room bc we only had a two bedroom apartment and many many people think it was weird that we shared a bed even when we are exs .we now live back with my parents and share a bed. I don't really think this weird that we allshare are living quarters..we do it bc it cost less here to live under one roof manly...when any off us have people over they think were crazy to have so many people in one house and i was wondering does anyone else think is is strange???

there is that many people living there and $1200 is what the rent is???? damn that is nothing.  I am a single mother with no support paying $1000.  I have to tell you I would bust my butt to provide for my family. I feel bad for your mother that she has to support all of you.  No offense.   Time for everyone in the house to grow up, get a job, keep it, and move out.  Your parents if they cant afford it can look for something cheaper.  Rude this may be but seriously??? wow

Nope. I'm going to Missouri . My ex wants to move to Cali. I would love it there. I think it  would be fun.

my mom(47) and dad(52)in the master bedroom
my brother(24) his wife(25) and his son(5) and his daughter (2) in a room
Me(19) and My ex(21) in the other room
My 2(16,13) bros  and my 2(19,17) cousins and my brother 2 friends(16,22) in the garage
My sister(21) in the family room


and we only have 2 bathrooms on in the master and a hall bathroom . So thats always fun trying to get in there.

The reason we all live together is manly bc it cost to much to live here. I'm getting ready to move out soon though because i'm moving to missouri.

i guess if nobody can afford to live on their own and it works fine. i would think your brother and his wife and kids should be able to have their own place but its not for me to decide that. your parents are the ones that need to make that decision. i couldnt handle that many people haha.

i would go insane or start throwing beer cans at people if
i lived in that situation ! no kidding, that close quarters
living can drive anyone over the edge. could explane a lot of
your problems.  people need space !!!       l.e.

well that rent is cheaper than california haha. i wonder why you wanted to know if we thought it was weird? i mean its cool you wanted to share, but it isnt our place to say. you are moving to missouri? i thought at one time you were coming to happy california? you know we have happy cows haha.

well the reason my brother and his wife live with us is because my brother got her pregnant in highschool and she got fired from her job a while back and  my brother lost free childs care. My brother is a full time parent, student and works full time.His wife just started working about two weeks ago. My sister just got out of surgery. She was in the hospital for about a month. She has a job but most of teh money now going toward here medical bills . Then my  16 brother works now but it just a part time job. MyMom is the main  bread warmer of the house because my dad medical conditions. He can't work  as much anymore. I don't work right now. My ex works but he just go into a major  car accident. He was going over an over pass and theer was like a 8 car pile up and he was involved. So hes using most of his money paying for the medical and car bills.My 2 cousins are both full time students and have an odd jobs. Then my brothers friends one has a job and one doesnt.the reason why most of us live together is because  the rent here is outragous . Its about 900 for a 2bed/2bath apartment and minumin wage here is 6.67.Most house that are for rent around here are out 1000-1200 a month plus expenses. My dad was this way b4 we all moved in and hes the one that wanted us all to move back. My neice and nephew dont really notice the drink.

i know you are moving away, but if that many people live there, and everyone is working (they should be!) then why not get a larger home to accomodate everyone if they are all happy to live together? does your brother and sil work? id think with your mom, dad, bro, sil and others there would be quite the income coming in!! and with your little neice and nephew how are they with your fathers drinking?
