Sorry the symptom is not clearly described. Yes, he is MDR, it means that all the medicine does not work. Now, he is very weak, and have to use some nutrition medicine to support his body. The sneezing is one of his symptom, which is very infrequent told by the doctors. Now there have existed ichor in lungs. I am not sure if I have clearly described this time.
Thank you very much for your attention.

I think English as a second language is presenting a problem in presenting your case. I believe you're saying that you have MDR (multi-drug resistant) tuberculosis, and this is not treatable where you are now, which is China.

Are you saying that you only had sneezing as a symptom, and then this turned into TB? I think you're leaving a lot out of your history. I assume you cannot travel because you are carrying a form of TB that is not treatable and that can easily be spread.

Please write back and tell us whether or not I've interpreted correctly.

I would assume that if the above is true, you are considered a public health risk until your TB is treated, and you are asking how it could be treated.

I am not a physician, so I'm really not familiar with the exact ways that MDR TB is treated. Having TB is definitely a public health threat, and if he can't be treated, this is indeed a problem, as this is a bug you definitely don't want to be spreading into the population.

Perhaps those URL's I posted in my previous post will give you some ideas. Also, the nurse for this site hopefully may give some insight.

Good luck.
