Difference between DLCO and O2 sat?

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between a DLCO value and the O2 saturation value (where they put the thing on your finger or ear)? My daughter has a dlco of 54%, but the finger monitor is always 96% - 98%, so I am trying to figure out the difference between the two. Thanks so much!
