I've had a prolonged cough too

It all started winter of 08' I had the worst possible case of bronchitis that lasted months. Following that I had post nasal drip that lasted a long while too. Now this september I got sick again with Bronchitis but not as bad. Currently I now have post viral cough and post nasal drip. I'm on three different inhalers and 1 nose spray and its not helping very much. I feel like its never going to go away or is going to come back. My cough is a weird kind of cough, when i cough really hard it sounds like the air gets stuck in my throat, its hard to explain.... I need to see an ear/nose/throat doctor very soon or I'm going to lose it!
