What is an acceptable oxygen level for a patient (previously not on oxygen) hospitalized for a week who has been discharged and sent home?

Ideally blood oxygen levels should be 98% or higher, although above 95% is acceptable. Less then this means the lungs have to work harder to acquire the oxygen needed for normal function.

My father just went on oxygen, but everytime I cook he says the oxygen air gets warm, would that be because I be cooking in the house?
