Here is my summary:

For 2 months I have been battling a severe sinus infection.  I feel dizzy, shortness of breath,  my ears ring, pop, and feel clogged,  and my nose burns.  Wasn't prescribed any medication except for a nasal spray which helped a little. Had an MRI done and the results showed that I have severe sinusitis. I went to an Ear Nose and Throat specialist. After a few tests,  the doc said that I have a deviated septum but that my ears look great (perfect hearing too).  He wants me to stay on the nasal spray. Also,  he said that the ringing in my ears and all of the symptoms above could be due to stress (?).

My ears continue to ring. And I woke up today with shortness of breath feeling all of the mucous drain into the back of my throat.  Is this normal with sinus???

It is a bit surprising that the ENT specialist did not seek to determine the cause of your severe sinusitis, documented by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).  You could have bacterial or fungal sinusitis, the latter either infectious or allergic.  At a minimum, the sinus drainage should be examined by smear and culture for bacteria and fungi.

Assuming that the chest x-ray was normal/negative but not recent within the past few days, another x-ray should be done promptly in response to your awakening with shortness of breath just 3 days ago.  Severe bacterial or fungal infectious sinusitis may well require mechanical drainage with appropriate cultures performed on the aspirated material and either anti-fungal or antibiotic therapy.  You may also want to consider arranging for a second opinion from another ENT specialist, professionally unrelated to the first.

Two months is a long time for something like this to be going on and you should attempt to have this serious problem resolved, with a sense of urgency.

Good luck.
