Hello and hope you are doing well.

There is an entity called exercise induced Asthma, here as the person starts exercise, the changes in the environmental air breathed in trigger an attack of asthma, causing cough and breathlessness. People with allergies are more prone to asthmatic attacks. Have yourself evaluated for the same. This can be detected by a spirometry test.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Symptoms should improve as the inflammation in the lungs resolves. Continue with your antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications. Also, practice breathing exercises, this will help with the symptoms.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

For bronchitis, infectious or non-infectious, I take 1000 mg of vitamin B5 until the condition is relieved.

Thanks allmymarbles,

I got checked by checked by chest specialist. He prescribed medicine for 3 days.

Also 1-2 months before i got a clear chest xray with no problem.

So lung problem can be ruled out?

Should i visit a lung specialist?

If it takes 30 minutes to become short of breath I wouldn't worry about it. If you had a lung problem it would manifest itself quickly. As for those aches, if you are forcing yourself to take extremely large breaths you could make some of your muscles sore.
