Smoke Inhalation Injury from Marijuana Use?

Good Afternoon,

I am concerned about that I have inflicted permanent lung injury after smoking maijuana.

Having been an inexperienced user of marijuana, I took a long hit in which I held my breath for well over 10 seconds.

Almost immediately, I felt an intense burning pain in my lungs that lasted for about one hour. For about a day, I felt a little short of breath.

About a week ago, I experienced chest pain that prompted me to visit the ER. I had normal blood enzyme levels and a normal chest X-ray. I was discharged with a diagnosis of a non-cardiac chest pain.

In addition, I had a nuclear stress about 1 year ago that was normal. I am too young to have any blockages.

As a result, I am wondering if these two incidents are connected?
Should I be concerned about the health of my lungs? Is there anything I should do to have it investigated?

Thank you for your help
