Yawning Shortness of breath

Hi there

I picked up another thread about Yawning for a complete breath and shortness of breath.
I am experiencing that at the moment and I am
Hypothyroid on meds but not controlled
Adrenal fatigued
I hang around on a message board for thyroid problems and I noticed to the people who had low blood pressure and used salt, you may be suffering from Adrenal problems, sometimes the body even craves salt. Salt supports aldesterone production. If I were you I would look up adrenal fatigue  or adrenal exhaustion and see if you can recognise any of the other symptoms.
I have adrenal fatigue with high bp which can happen but because of this I dare not try the salt trick.
