inhaled sunflower seed

I inhaled a sunflower seed today, I immediately started puking. It never came up. the seed was flavored with dill pickle and salt. I had a small burning in my lung but has subsided. I am a smoker. Should I be worried about the seed, or will it probably come up with a cough or sneeze?
