low blood oxygen - shortness of breath with exercise

by leftysmom, Mar 19, 2008 06:36PM
I have low blood oxygen the minute I walk quickly (my dr has done Ct scans -some ground glass opacity, but not enough to cause this according to the pulmy). In airplanes I get out of breath, exercising I gasp for breath.  I have had PFT - normal, my CT was normal, my heart is fine (according to the cardiologist - arteries are clear, heart not enlarged).  I am tired all the time. No one can figure this out.  I was tested positive in 1999 with Wegener's, but have been negative since the treatment (ending Oct 1999).  We all agree there is something wrong, but no one has been able to figure it out.  Any suggestions?
