whats do better to fit to work, because my lung is apical pleural  thickening bilateral....what medicine for my sick
Avatar_dr_f_tn
Hello and hope you are doing well.

The pleural thickening as it is in the apical portion of the lung, its likely to be due to tuberculosis. This could also be fibrous tissue from an old lesion. This is correlated with clinical symptoms , like cough, evening rise of temperature, weight loss and blood tests, which will show a raised ESR and increased lymphocyte count, if it is an active infection. So, don't worry and you can post any further queries you have, will be glad to answer.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
