I don't know what level 3 means, but keep on trying to get used to ti.  There is a great message board called cpaptalk ******* that can help you adjust.  There is also a sleep disorders forum on this site.  If you wake up with dry mouth, most likely you are breathing through your mouth and not your nose, at least some of the time.  A full face mask can help get rid of that, plus you still need the humidity.  You might try adjusting the setting on the humidifier (maybe that's the level 3 you mean?), to prevent *rainout* whereby water collects in the tubing and then ends up in your nose.  Sleep apnea is dangerous enough that you must be treated if you have it.  Your BP can arise, heart enlarge, gain weight etc., without treatment.  It sounds like you really need some help.  Try those message boards and you will get help!  Good luck!
