I had problems related to sitting at my computer, using bad "ergonomics". A Vascular doc in Denver prescribed that I see an Occupational Therapist, who is helping me with my "work-station ergonomics", and who does Feldenkrais work, to help undo some of the early symptoms of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, that the Vascular doc said I was getting, from the "bad ergonomics".
Here are a few things that are helping me:
1) I sit with feet flat on floor, and knees slightly lower than hips.
2) I got magnifier clip-ons for my bifocal glasses, to prevent neck craning, while looking at the monitor.
3) I sit in an office chair that allows me to look slightly down, rather than up, at my monitor
4) I put the keyboard on my lap, with a resulting slight "negative tilt".
