wheezing and coughing

my daughter is has been wheezing and coughig and has a lot of mucus since november 2008. she has been to the doctor several times and was given nebulizer, antibiotic corticosteroids etc. and the symtoms just go away for couple hours then return. I am so worried for her because i think she is not diagnosed properly and is not getting the right treatment.
