Dear Friend,
Many thanks for posting the question via my forum. Before answering, I would like to remind you that , my post is like a guide for you. But to come to a pinpoint diagnosis, I will repeatedly as you to visit the treating doctor or meet a good consultant.
In this scenario, where all the reports are negative, we ill label this condition as "Non Specific Arthritis".
How to treat -
1) Do Active physiotherapy after consulting the physiotherapist.
2) DO daily morning walk.
3) Avoid sedentary lifestyle.
4) Avoid stress.
So once the above mentioned points are covered, along with the medicines prescribed, all will b e perfectly allright.
Also your tubal-ligation procedure has got nothing to do with the finger point pain after 2-3 weeks post surgery.
Regards..
Please feel free to discuss more with me as a fresh post.
Also , if you are satisfied with my answer, do refer your friends also.
I have got other forums also (Arthritis , Back and Neck Surgery, Back and Spine Surgery, Brain Tumor Forum, Headaches , Hip Surgery, Knee Surgery , Neurology/Neurosurgery, Rheumatoid Arthritis. Trigeminal Neuralgia), where you can post other related queries.

Dear Friend,
I understand your concern, but still would relate it to pure co-incidence, that all these started after the surgery.
Regards..
I have also been diagnosed (thru) laproscopy during tubal ligation with endometriosis, which, by the way, kinda started this mess. Began having finger joint pain about 2-3 weeks after surgery.
