Glans Penis: Red spots?
(Pictures: in the bottom)

About 5 Months ago I fell a sleep with a girl, and penetrated her briefly (10 seconds in sleep), and woke up. We stopped immediately.

A few days later I started having tender testicles and a burning sensation. It developed into a feeling of having been kicked in the nuts. Having orgasm seemed to ease the pain.
I got tested for STD's about 1½ from the incident and was put on heavy antibiotica due to the fact that I told my doctor she had Chlamydia (I don't know, but wanted to be sure).
The pain went away, and I never figured out what caused it?

Now, a couple of months later I have a girlfriend and we have been having unprotected sex for a couple of months (She was clean of STD's).

I started noticing red spots on Glans Penis (penis head), and I started retracting my foreskin during the day (I am uncircumsized). The skin became more keratinized and the spots disappears after a few days, but comes again after Intercourse.
I do not know how long, I have had these symptoms? but I started noticing them a few weeks ago.

When my present girlfriend and I started having sex, she had a white smelly discharge and having sex was painful for her. She even bled a little some times.
She had pain during urination a single time, but only that once, and it was properly because of a small cut she had along Vulva from using leaves instead of toilet paper.

I am really starting to freak out...Would be more than grateful if anyone could help me figure out what's causing the spots:

(I would prefer not telling my present girlfriend about what happened a 5 months ago)

Kind regards
A.

At the same time I started having tender testicles, I had pain in my joints (knee, fingers etc.) and I had muscle twitches over my lymph nodes (inguinal and near the arm pits).

How are you sleeping and penitrate her? Not possible unless she got you aroused and then jumped on you.

Why would someone use leaves as toilet paper? Your story does not seem very truthful.

You would have to see a Dr, bumps like that can be many things often not a STD. It sounds like she had a yeast infection and possibly passed it on to you.

How do you know she does not have any STD's?

We met at a party and went home to her place. We were both quite drunk and kissed. We fell a sleep together quite drunk. During the night I woke up, and realised we were rubbing against each other and I had penetrated. I stopped immediately, because I did not have a condom on.

Unlikely, no?
Stupid as hell, yes!

She used leaves instead of toiletpaper because we were went on a hike and didnt have any toilet paper with us. I have used leaves a couple of times too, but havent had any problems.

We are not sure that is what caused the sores, but seemed likely to us?
I know she did not have any STDs because we got tested before having unprotected sex.

So you feel asleep naked with her and then started rubbing when sleeping and then woke up and found your penis inside of her...still very unlikely,

Anyway if she has no STD then see a Dr because this is not STD related.
