Got rimmed and touched on penis with tongue (not the head of penis)

Hi Doctor,
I got rimmed, we jerked each other off some, he licked my penis, but just the testicles and below testicles. I did not  touch his penis with my mouth ever. Am i at risk of an std? My anus was itching for a week, maybe 3 weeks later, and i’ve had some balanitis redness on foreskin, does not hurt ever apart when erect (phimosis??). Am i in danger of having contracted std? And if yes, which one most likely? Thank you!

Hand jobs are never a risk for STD's. a bit of licking to your testicles and below is a small risk. It sounds brief making it even smaller. In the absence of symptoms, you don't even need to get tested. And your foreskin wasn't involved so would not think balanitis you describe had anything to do with this event.

Thank you so much for this reply!
He did rim me for maybe a few minutes… and touched the head of my penis with his tongue, and i always pulled away as he did that. Do you think my symptom of itchy anus would not go away by itself if i was really infected? Hvae hsd 4 sleepless nights over this :-(
You need to be patient, please. This is a volunteer forum and we aren't here to quell every moment of anxiety. I gave you my answer. You had a very low risk for all std's. A few licks of your testicles and below is of a very slight risk for anything. It takes vigorous skin to skin contact. And time. Go get checked for a hemorrhoid. Those itch. But your anxiety is out of proportion for the event. An itchy anus can be for a variety of reasons. The risk of gonorrhea is very low from your activity. 3 weeks after the event seems unlikely since symptomatic men start at 2 to 5 days post exposure. Oral herpes is also not likely from the brief exposure you had.  You can go to a clinic and get tested.
Thank you!!!
