Hsv and HIV concern

45 days ago I receiverd unprotected blowjob from a girl I met on dating site and just 10 days ago I received protected bj from an escort,5 days ago I noticed sore on my penis at the end of the shaft not in the head,followed by few more blisters which turned to sores,and pain in the groin coz lympnodes..went to doc he prescribed me for hav 1 and 2 tests,am awaiting for the results.wat are the chances of me being infected with hsv 1 or 2,and also wanted to know whether I am at the risk of hiv infection as well coz of those 2 incidents of blow job.Shud I take hiv test aswell?are ther any cases where one gets infected by hsv not hiv?please help

Depends on the test. Blood test I would test again, swab of lesions that you are concerned about no

Got the reports both hsv 1/2 negative.Just wanted to kno its negative coz I got the test done soon like just week of the exposure though I have all the symptoms of hsv..shud I take the tests again after 8 weeks?

Doctor I consulted is saying it's not necessary to go for the test again..plz suggest

Your chances of catching hsv from protected sex in the absence of obvious lesions are probably one in millions.

But I have all the symptoms blisters turning to ulcers and lymph nodes pain..I dint notice any lesions..

Forgot to mention I had protected vaginal aswell after protected oral,still the symphony's are of herpes..wat are the chances of hsv 2 or 1 infection..heard there is possibility of transmission for skin to skin contact blisters and sore appears at the base of the penis..

Hiv has never been transmitted orally so you have no concerns, HSV is very low risk but a risk. Let us know what your results show from the hsv I'd be surprised if you contracted it from this exposure if she didn't have obvious lesions

Would like to kno risk of acquiring hsv 2 from protected vaginal sex,as I have symptoms at the base of the penis..
