Possibly syphilis?

So you can look at my previous post to see my exsposures (unprotected oral, protected anal, Trans CSW) which were almost two months ago. I'm coming to you all with what should be the final question in regards to this incident.

I have a small cluster of 4-5 bumps on the underside of my foot that almost look similar to pimples, however they are slightly deeper then a pimple would normally occur. I also know that secondary syphilis can present itself as a rash on the soles and palms initially. I never noticed a chancre during what would've been the primary stage. Does this sound like the secondary syphilis rash, or am I simply grasping at nothing?
