STD, Metallic taste in Mouth?

Hello,
This is a little bit of an embarrassing question but I recently had a sexual encounter that consisted of making out and mutual masturbation/"hand job". I had a full panel STD test last summer which cleared me of everything. This is the first sexual encounter I've had since then. 3 days after that, I now have a metallic taste in my mouth. The weather has changed to be colder and I have typically had dry mouth waking in the morning. Nothing will fix this (brushing, mouth wash, etc.). Is that evident of an STD? I'm super worried.

That's what I thought. I'm a hypochondriac so I tend to worry about everything. HPV scares have been on the rise so I worry about that.
