Genital STD Risk

28 days ago I performed unprotected oral on a male.  My penis was never touched by him or I at the time, I remained fully clothed.  Approximately 2 weeks ago I started having a sensation in the tip of my penis and frequent urination.  If I contracted an oral STD is it possible I transferred the STD to my penis during masturbation using my saliva as lubrication?

I want you to stick with me here . . .  YOU performed oral on him. Your penis was not in contact. You are not going to have an std on your penis. No, you aren't going to transfer it yourself by touching yourself. No risk. Don't let anxiety conjure up irrational thoughts.

I would like to chalk it up to irrational thoughts caused by anxiety.  Can you please explain why it’s highly unlikely to transfer from the mouth to the penis?  If there are STD bacteria in the mucosal tissue of the mouth, isn’t it possible some can get in the saliva?  And if that saliva is transferred to the penis and some gets in the mucosal tissue in the opening of the urethra the bacteria can start to take hold?
STDs reside in the throat. Unless a penis enters the throat, transmission is not likely.
